It is my privilege to support and empower women to lead fulfilled lives
Through many years of experience, I understand how the physical challenges in a woman’s life can become an emotional burden and feel passionate about supporting women in confronting these concerns using a pragmatic approach.
I specialize in treating a range of female health conditions which can occur at any life stage, in particular during the peri-natal period when acute problems such as pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, back pain, or bladder issues can arise.
The menopausal transition is another chapter of life when I see women who are noticing changing or worsening pelvic health symptoms such as stress or urge incontinence, prolapse or bowel problems.
I also support women with issues unrelated to childbirth or pregnancy for conditions such as endometriosis or sexual pain and offer prehab and rehab for gynecological surgery.
Research shows that regardless of a woman’s age, by implementing small, yet practical lifestyle changes, many pelvic health conditions can be treated successfully with physiotherapy. My aim is for every woman to leave my clinic feeling validated and reassured, with a personalized treatment plan to enable symptom resolution.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
‘After seeing Annabelle, the pelvic and abdominal musculoskeletal pain I was experiencing during my second and into my third trimester stopped.
She is professional, effective and warm, and thoughtful in sharing information and advice - for example on pelvic floor health. I will definitely be booking in with her again after my baby is born to help with recovery and I highly recommend her service’.
Drawn by her 5 star reviews, I was not disappointed and highly recommend Annabelle. I’ve just had my first appointment for gynae physio and felt heard, understood, and completely at ease.
‘I went to see Annabelle for a Mummy MOT 2 months after the birth of my first through C-Section. I found her advice really helpful and reassuring. After our session, I feel like I have a clear plan to get back on the road to exercise again. She was very respectful and responded to all my concerns. She was also great with my son who was not the quietest during the session. Would recommend to anyone after birth’
Annabelle is very kind, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything clearly, making me feel confident in my treatment plan and options moving forward. Afterwards, I received a comprehensive email summary, and signposts to various services that are a helpful adjunct to my treatment plan.
‘Post/perimenopausal ladies, there is no need to struggle, if you’re looking for a compassionate and highly skilled women’s health physiotherapist, look no further.
Thank you Annabelle, I’m so glad to have found you’
